Barbery's Auto Centre, Tregony, Truro. Our main aim is to provide the customer with a high standard of service whilst keeping our prices as low as possible.
After hearing all the bad press that garages receive we want to make our garage a place where the customer can bring their vehicle for repair confident that no un-necessary work will be carried out. The best way to achieve this is to ensure that all old parts are kept to show the customer, and to take the time to talk to the customer explaining the work carried and why, when they collect the vehicle.

It is my personal belief that far too many garages are now under pressure to meet sales targets, parts turn over, etc. I believe this to be the cause of so much of the bad press garages get due to un-necessary work being carried out, which leads to the customer feeling let down by the service they have received.
With this in mind I would rather have a customer leave satisfied with the service we have given them and recommending us to their friends & family.
